Re: LOG BOX Without AFR logget |
Its not unusual to have to add (and subtract) reasonably large amounts of fuel especially in the areas of the fuel map that are impacted by emissions tuning, you quite often find that the manufacturers lean out the fuel maps in the RPM range where they have to comply with emissions and also richen up the fuel maps slightly in wider open TPS areas to give some buffer to allow owners to safely install aftermarket exhausts and air cleaners.
Probably also worth doing a sanity check to ensure what your gauge is reading is the same as what the engine data screen is reading for AFR, if you have a long 0-5v wire to reach the ecu you may experience some voltage drop which will register a lower AFR into the ECU. You can adjust the Wideband O2 AFR settings to suit. |

Re: LOG BOX Without AFR logget |
are you using a wideband o2 sensor? Is the wideband o2 sensor option available for your model in WRT or if not you will need to create the bin file in ecueditor for the moment and save it then open in WRT.
Sorry, i tried to answear but my internet is horrible .....
Yes, i did it . now with wideband sensor, for my model (gsxr 1000 09 US) i use ecu editor to do this, and marking this option the FI light is off now, excellent.
I'm happy, now is working. But I'm not believing how much this poor fuel air mixture with the original map only with the exchange of a exhaust, i put +- 70 % fuel in some low rpm and now idle speed stopped vary after putting more fuel, is it normal ?

Re: LOG BOX Without AFR logget |
If you export .wrl to .tsv, what is the afr value reported in clear text?
Ballad, tanks for your help, i tried to export .wrl to .tsv but I did not find any difference. Could you explain to me why this file conversion? |

Re: LOG BOX Without AFR logget |
Filtering looks ok. Try to export your .wrl to .tsv (on the top bar click "Tools" -> "Convert .wrl to .tsv" and show
here headers and some line that should be logged according to your filtering options.
Then we will have some data to understand what is going on.

Using the same file. Wrl I changed the filters to AFR without restriction, look at the results now.
I'm really confused. |

Re: LOG BOX Without AFR logget |
What model and region and year bike are you tuning? Have you looked at Map Select 1 (MS1), as the bike may be set to run in MS1 and therefore the data is logged in the MS1 maps.
The mine is GSXR 1000 09 US , i will try to do it.
But this model is with me in Brazil and here we have 20 - 25% alcohol mixed with gasoline. I use sports exhaust and my bike after I installed sports exhaust is varying quite idle while this cold, I am anxious to remap and solve this problem .
Tank you. |

Re: LOG BOX Without AFR logget |
Hi friends,
In woolich racing software i opened a file .Wrl recorded in the log box to apply autotune, but at the AFR logged all windows are blank as show in the picture below.
What should I do?

Check autotune filter settings, check if you set stock or wideband o2 correctly.
If still nothing shows try to export .wrl into .tsv to check if something is evidently wrong in your data.
Tank you Ballad, but here i`m not seeing this option , i will try you another sugestion :
