New box - frustrating - possible driver issue?

Re: New box - frustrating - possible driver issue?
Hi For support issues like this it is best to open a support ticket as we will be able to give specific advice for your problem: http://www.woolichracing.com/support/open.php however some general advice which could assist with this particular problem: If the LED's are flashing in a sequential order, one at a time, then this indicates a problem with the micro sd card, the most likely cause is the micro sd card is not seated correctly, Please remove the micro sd card and re-insert. If the LED's are flashing all at the same time, then the log box is in bootloader mode, if you have a Log Box v3, move the mode switch to the right position for normal operation, if you have a Log Box v2, make sure the mode switch is sitting properly in one of the 3 positions. There is no specific driver installation required for our v2 and v3 interfaces, they use one of the built in Windows USB drivers, when you plug them in (provided the above is ok) they will be automatically detected by windows and you will find them listed in Windows "Devices and Printers" as Woolich Racing USB.

I had the same issue - tried the box on another computer and everything worked perfectly. Never looked back, just kept using the second computer.

New box - frustrating - possible driver issue?
I have a Gen-2 Hayabusa and bought the Log Box. I installed the jumper wires in factory ECU harness as necessary. I can connect to the bike with my old trusty flash box and I have flashed the bike with ECU Editor with my old computer. I cannot get the Woolich box to work. The computer does not appear to be making connection with the box. I do not recall installing a driver per the instructions, and I can't find the device listed on my computer. I have Windows 10 and the menu options/screens don't line up with the Woolich instructions. Very frustrating. The box flashes all the lights in some seemingly random pattern. I don't know what procedures to follow to attempt to make this work. Please advise how to proceed with troubleshooting.
