Thanks, it's been repaired . As you said, it's soldered to the main board. After reppair i filled it up around the micro USB with epoxy resin to make the connection stronger . OEM it's okay, but once broken and soldered again it seems to be not that strong as before. I can read data again , so i think it's okay again. Later on i ll try the flash mode, fingers crossed. |

Hi
The micro USB is soldered to the PCB, there are the main tabs on the side of the connector and also very small pins at the back of the connector which attach to the PCB.

After a ride today i would connect the logbox to the labtop, but the micro usb port was gone. I opened the logbox device and there it was. All that tuning makes the bike so fast it could not hold up against the acceleration i guess... Now here's my question, is it glue to the printboard or soldered? Seems to me that it's been done with glue but i'm not sure. |
