As far as I understand MS0 and MS1 is just two sets of maps, usually idenctical.
For some markets, for example France and Norway one of the maps are altered (restricted) due to local legislation/insurance (106HP versions of GXSR, B-King, Busa).
For some models it is MS0 that is the "default" map, for other MS1 and it is one pin in the ECU (grounded/not grounded) that governs this.
As you wrote, you will have Mode A, B (and C) in each MS-map.
So in total there will be 4 (or 6) maps.
