| There is no straight forward answer to the question as it depends on the model. Fuel maps are not generally provided per gear. Restrictions are generally in either STP and Ignition maps.
Yes to de-restrict a map, you find the full power map, select all the cells, copy them then go to the restricted map and paste the values by placing the cursor in the top left cell and paste. These basic function are covered off in our video tutorials
