User Support->Log Box (Denso)->USB Device Not Recognized

I checked and it's seated proper. I tried some other tings like removing the USB hub driver and let it rediscover but it did not help. Is there a specific driver for this usb chip? Now that I think of it I don't think it ever worked as mass storage device from the start.
