Opening Woolich...

 Re: Opening Woolich...
Ok good, thanks Kevin.

 Re: Opening Woolich...
Thank You Justin. The last time I opened Woolich it worked fine. Re-opened it and it only checked for files ;)

 Re: Opening Woolich...
Hi Kevin, we increased the download timeout in a recent release, this should give the download process longer to complete and should resolve the problem you were seeing.

 Re: Opening Woolich...
Yes Justin it showed downloading files every time. I didn't take note of the numbers to see if it's doing the same files multiple times though... It's happened to me before and it only seems to do it when it's been a long time (weeks+) between opening Woolich = has to download several new files. I have a good connection at the dyno so it shouldn't be because of Network Speed. ...(I've had it time-out when trying to download Woolich files here at home before when my connection is poor/slow so I understand when/why that happens)... It did it a couple of weeks ago when I switched to Jim's account to finish tuning his ZX14 with his bin-file = months since I Logged into his account. It took at least 5 times of re-starting the software that time before it didn't download any files. I also opened the LogIn window a couple of those 5+ times and it did the same thing. Switching back to my account yest. and having to download several new files seemed to be why it did it again :?: To be honest Justin, it isn't a big deal and I wouldn't have started a thread about it but I was pissed because my customer/tune was 2 hours late and rain was on the way (I have to close dyno trailer when it rains)

 Re: Opening Woolich...
Hi Kevin Does it just check for Bin File Definition updates? Or does it actually download bin files each time? We are regularly adding new bin files but it should only download them once. Is it a particular Part number that downloads multiple times?

 Opening Woolich...
WHY does Woolich download Bin Files several times when I log in and or open the software??? Been a couple of weeks since I opened Woolich in this computer and after I logged in I closed/opened Woolich 7 times (so far) and EVERY time I re-open the software it downloads bin files??? Same thing happens when I log in again. The same thing happens on my other computer :?
