Some computers do not work well when the USB Serial Port in your interface is set to a COM Port number greater than 9. The following guide shows how to change the COM Port Number.
If the COM Port is still not showing in the 'Settings' form within the Woolich Racing Tuned software you may need to re-install the USB COM Port driver.
Note: the USB Interface or Log Box needs to be plugged into the USB port on the computer and the mode switch needs to be in Flashing mode (red led on) for the COM Port to appear in the Woolich Racing Tuned software settings form and in Windows Device Manager.
